Revisions, Deliverables & How It Works

Revisions: a revision is a reasonable adjustment to the agreed mix. It does not include new recordings, replacement stems, a new arrangement or a changed creative brief.
Rounds: Quick Clean Mix includes no revisions, Mix & Master includes one consolidated revision round, and Full Treatment includes two consolidated revision rounds.
Deliverables: a final mixed and mastered master file (WAV and/or MP3) as agreed for your tier.
Turnaround: approximate and confirmed in writing once your stems are received and reviewed.
Payment: upfront via Stripe. Work begins once payment is confirmed.
Approval & delivery: you review the work, request any agreed revisions, then receive your final files digitally.

Submitting this form and paying creates a project — it does not guarantee a specific release date or commercial outcome. Prices are held pending a later commercial review and won't change without notice.

Accepted: Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, SendSpace, OneDrive, MediaFire or any public share link. Alternatively, email your files directly to info@c-rawhq.com with your project name in the subject line.

📁 How to prepare your stems:

  • Export all parts completely dry — no EQ, compression, reverb, delay or any effects applied.
  • Each instrument, vocal or layer should be a separate audio file (stems).
  • Pack everything into a single ZIP folder before uploading.
  • Make sure all files start from bar 1 / 00:00 so everything lines up correctly.
  • Set your share link to "Anyone with the link can view" before pasting it above.
